Profile

Mirzan joined Smith Hancock in 2016 after working with one of Australia’s major banks for 5 (five) years in both Risk Management and Relationship Management.

During his stint in the banking sector, Mirzan assisted with Mergers & Acquisitions transactions in the mid-market space. He also managed a portfolio of Corporate Clients across a diverse range of industries. Mirzan brings to the table strong financial modelling skills, risk management techniques and strong commercial acumen skills.

Prior to working in the banking sector, Mirzan worked for an international accounting firm specialising in insolvency, business reconstruction and debt advisory. He worked on cross border deals in Asia. 

Since joining the firm, Mirzan has worked on various external administrations in industries such as:

  • Property development
  • Retail
  • Manufacturing
