Profile

Robert Kite is a Partner of Smith Hancock, and has been working in the insolvency and restructuring industry for in excess of 20 years.

As a Registered, and a Trustee in Bankruptcy, Robert has gained a vast amount of experience in dealing with all types of insolvency appointments at both the corporate and personal level, inclusive of dealing with, and realising, real property pursuant to orders of the Court under section 66G of the Conveyancing Act (NSW).

During the conduct of his career, Robert has dealt with distressed businesses from small-medium size enterprises, to much larger commercial interests, as well as dealing with assets at the personal level, in his role as a Trustee in Bankruptcy. In dealing with such matters, Robert has gained significant experience in dealing with industries such as:
